How To Delete A Playlist On YouTube  October 2014



Hey everybody and welcome to another YouTube Tutorial video, in the last video I showed you how to create a playlist and add videos to it and in this video I am going to show you how to delete a playlist that you have created and you now want to get rid of. So I am on my YouTube Channel page and I am going to go up here to my account name in the top right hand corner and click on it. It's going to drop down this little menu bar and I am going to go to Video Manager. It is then going to take me to this page right here and over on the left hand side you can look down here and it says playlists, that is where we want to go. We only have one playlist created but if you had multiple playlists they would all be listed right here. So you want to choose whichever playlist it is that you want to get rid of and you want to click on it's name and it will then take you to that playlist and all of it's settings. So you'll look right here and you'll see it says playlist settings, if you click on that it brings up this box right here. And you'll see in the bottom left hand corner of that box it says delete playlist. If you just click on that button right here it asks you if you're sure you want to delete it, deleting playlist is a permanent action and cannot be undone. You can either cancel if you don't want to delete it or you can click "Yes, delete it". So if you click yes and delete it, it then deletes it off of your account or your YouTube Channel and is no longer there. So that is how you delete a playlist.
